Bad customer service & Poor quality

I got the dishwasher of Siemens, it went bad for the First Time,then the engineer comes to my house for 4 times but achieved nothing。The error still exists。I am also a little bit curious about why every time it works after the engineer fixes it, but after he leaves, it went broken. I think Siemens has the ability to fix the problem, but the management of China region service works badly. I need to telephone them rapidly and explain the problem for many times. The numbers of the staff for service is 8029,8158. And I am very angry about them, they do not want to solve the problem, and have have a bad attitude. They can't operate in Canada without special deals and government insentives, green energy kickbacks fade they close shop in Canada and move on...this company would be nothing without the legal fine print and accounting magic, value for dollar will have you shell shocked

The PCB on my Siemens washing machine went bad. Today Siemens technicians visited my house. They said new PCB costs 7,000 INR. I agreed to have it replaced by paying 7,800 (technicians visiting charges included) After replacing the PCB, error code F23 showed up. Now the technicians tell me that new motor will cost another 11,000 INR. Have made a huge mistake buying Siemens. Products are not well tested before selling in the market. Durability is extremely compromised. I need to talk to someone senior here in India or Germany. Would like Siemens headquarters to know its customers apathy after using its products. Siemens unfixable bad product.

We have several machines using their 808D control. For 2 years we have tried to get Siemens to make them work reliably as advertised. They sent people to fix some in Canada and USA but cannot fix the machines we sent to UK. The controls always lost data and caused hazards for the operator. All we got was promises. Yesterday we got a letter from them stating that their people cannot install the data that was lost but if we sent them $8,000 they would send a man who would tell us he cannot load the missing data. Amazing but 6 weeks ago they sent a man who fixed some of the glitches but left them with more after he went home. They do not have any technicians in UK who can fix their controls.

I bought my dad 5000 dollar hearing aids 5 years ago. Brought him back into the store 3 times to make them work and to no avail. When i wanted to return them the woman with an attitude sood sorry honey your 90 days is up on returns. So im stuck with hearing aids that my 92 poor father cant hear with no custumer help or concern whatsoever this is a pittful shame and no one will help us with this situation

The sellers are selling the Siemens make products above the MRP during the year 2016-17. Principles have no control over them. An enquiry was places to one of the dealer of M/s Siemens. The rates quoted by the firm were almost double of the MRP printed on the products. The same come in to the notice at the time of delivery of items. On asking they have no satisfactory reply. Faulty Siemens Oven - Better Life UAE

We purchased a Siemen's Oven from Better Life in Mirdif City Centre in UAE on January 31/2015. Three months later the oven stopped working. After two days and being stood up twice, Better Life finally sent someone to repair it. Technician said the problem was with the thermostat. He didn't have the spare part on him so he showed up again the next day to replace the thermostat. Oven started to work. A day later, the oven started to go on and off intermittently. We called the technician and he came again and fixed the thermostat again. On August 10/2016, both the induction hob and oven stopped working while we were waiting for our 10 dinner guests to arrive! We had to throw all the prepared food away as we couldn't use the unit to cook anything and ordered *** delivery service. How embarrassing. Technician showed up the next day and he said the problem was with the faulty electrical connection from the initial set up! So basically, the so called engineer who came and installed the unit last January, set up the wrong connection, so then the unit stops working, the Warranty period is over and I had cough up 200 AED to repair the electrical connection that was faulty to being with ? Now yesterday, again just as we were about to make dinner the oven stopped! And now I am patiently waiting at home, taking a day off work for MAYBE the repair person to show up. Last time they stood me up two times! Literally zero respect for my time. So I have shelled out close to 6000 AED for a brand new German engineered oven that boasts itself on reliable, world-class quality products! My question is:1) Your dealer Better Life has clearly sold me a faulty stove/oven. I am not longer covered under warranty - what is Siemens going to do about this ? 2) How on earth do you work with dealers who have engineers that call themselves engineers - with complete lack of expertise to even set up an oven and continuing to make faulty repairs! 3) The timing and quality of service is appalling - Why is it ok for me to *** work for a whole day when promised that technician will show up and he ends up not coming because he went home I have escalated my complaints with Better Life but knowing them, it will not get any where. I expect Siemens to live up to its reputation and provide a resolution to my problem.

Bough a gas cooker which was not delivered on a date I requested. The 'delivery team' called me and stated that "rescheduling was necessary as my location was bot part of his logistical plan" - he stated a day and time without even asking was my needs were or when would be the most suitable time for me. 2 days after the supposed delivery date, had a call only asking my.location without asking if i would be home. Note that the person couldnt understand a word I said. Please, hire people that can help the organisation to grow, anticipating needs and understanding what customer service means. Really disappointed with the entire process for only a cooker. Company needs to review this matter.

Seimons Hering Aid

Complaing about my Seimons hearing aid,purchsed seimons hearing aid for my left ear, price was crazy have had nothing but problems from the gehko, had to have fixed 3 times since purchase , terrible experience have still cannot hear with it will be seeking service else ware. will never understand Why? they treat customers like that will never purchase another siemons hearing aid again terrible product, terrible price, terrible service ,tired of being ripped off struggling senior would like more info on what can be done about this problem with no money involved every time I have something done it's costing me money I cannot afford some times I wonder if they make their hearing aids to malfunction all the time so we s seniors go back and pay ,pay ,pay.

Side-by-side fridge/freezer - numerous problems

We bought a new side-by-side fridge freezer in July 2015 and have many problems with it:

-It would fail to stop water flowing from the water dispenser and would flood the kitchen.

-Sometimes it would suddenly start to spite large amounts of ice all over the kitchen floor.

-It would occasionally beep and the water dispenser light would go on off.

-We had an error on the display: E48. An engineer came and replaced a circuit board.

-We had E48 again and the engineer replaced the board again.

-We had E48 again and he came and replaced, I think, a water valve.

-Last week we had error E41 and there was no ice. The engineer came and replaced the ice bucket.

-Last weekend it would continue beeping for hours on end and the light would flash on and off. The engineer came today and didn't know what the problem was.

We bought Siemens because we thought that they had a better reputation than Whirlpool; our last appliance. Now we are not so sure.

Same issues. We bought Siemens and our problems starts.

Fridge was repaired twiced and microvawe too.

Today appear Error48. Don’t buy it or you will have constant problems.

Awful Customer Service does not deliver what they advise- False advertising.

Siemens sent us a letter telling us our electricity meter needed replacing. We agreed date for appointment. On the day the engineer was not given our correct phone details to ring. Anyhow he turned up. Took one look at the meter and advised it had a safety blanket on it and he did not have the parts in his van to do it. Despite having taken the day off to be there rang the Siemens number to be told that a new Smart electric Meter had come out and and this what they would now install rather than the traditional meter replacement. We had originally requested a replacement traditional meter and we still wanted this. Siemens advised they were no longer offering this despite originally booking the appointment for this. No apology, no explanation. This company is unreliable and there customer service is dreadful.

NEVER EVER German kitchen white goods again

My kitchen is now 5 years old. The induction plates turn off whenever they want to. The fridge stopped working 11 weeks ago. The repair man bought a new compressor from Bosch. Even before mounting it, he said that about 30% of them don't work, since they moved the production to Slovakia. After mounting it, we can see that the new one doesn't work either, although the power input is correct. Bosch now says that - hey, the compressor has been mounted, so we won't take it back. How do you test a compressor without mounting it? According to the repair man, if it had been an Electrolux fridge, they would just have sent a new one, and probably not even have asked to get the old one back. Today, my microwave went dead. All Siemens. All ***. All expensive premium brushed metal products. Never, ever, German products again. They are good at making things feel like quality, but they aren't. Going back to Swedish stuff now, and throwing out all of this ***.

Given the large influx of third world people to Sweden, it won't be long before you guys will be out of money and unable to buy much of anything. Best buy what you can before Sweden collapses.

Poor Service from Siemens

Recently damaged a Ceramic hob top, contacted Siemens customer service and request an engineer and part. Advised part not in country, so it will take 10 days (not ideal), contracted them 17 days later, not sure they have ordered the part, someone will contact me next day (again not sue it's been ordered), no call next day, I then called them late PM, to be told some will call me next day, they did but again I was told well there is a delay in Germany, so it will be 3rd Feb (log time without a hob). I really don't believe it was ordered and I was been told fibs. I emailed CEO for customer service, got email back from assistant, didn't address the issue of lack of contact, was advise Christmas was an impact (I don't believe this must be Siemens first Christmas). I feel they have no empathy.

Siemens Side by Side Refrigerator

Dead. Freon has completely leaked out. Part is unreplaceable and unrepairable and must be removed from our home. The entire piece of equipment needs to be replaced after only 3 years of use. Save your money. Buy something else! While it did work it was quite noisy. Must have been the sound of freon leaking out of a broken part. This thing is a real lemon. Thought that German engineering would provide a great product. At a great price - I mean very costly and so disappointed for such a lousy product. Lost an entire refrigerator full of food. This thing is a piece of sh*****. Please save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy something else.

I called Siemens customer service on 10th June to fix a problem with my clothes dryer. A technician was sent. I was told he would come back within a few days with the part required. Nobody has come in spite of my calling repeatedly. I am not sure how to proceed with this. How many calls have to be made on a daily basis? Will this problem ever be solved? The dryer was purchased so that during the rains I would be able to dry my washing. However, this rainy season that is not going to happen. I would suggest that nobody buys a Siemens appliance as the service is so bad.
