31.09.2023 tarihinde Siemens Acıbadem bayisinden bir adet bulaşık makinesi fabrikadan gönderilecek stoklarda var alarak satın aldım. 1 ay boyunca ürün gönderilmemesine rağmen şikayetim üzerine simensten arayan yetkili (klasik oyalama) ürün stoklarında taraf olmadığında en kısa sürede haber verileceği. Yaklaşık 65 gün geçmesine rağmen Siemens tarafından ne bilgilendirme ne bir özür ne bir mağduriyetim giderildi. Genel olarak sitelerine girdiğimde ürün stokta var şeklinde internet sitesinde de stokta var diye görülüyor, Siemens olan tüm güvenim sarsıldı burada tüm satış ekibini kınıyorum.

Siemens varioperfect IQ300 washing machine not up to standard

the washing machine started showing rust beneath paint under the dispensing tray about 3 years after purchase. even though I phoned the Siemens customer service (which was provided by Retailer) and left messages, nobody ever phoned me back. the rust is getting worse and this is clearly a manufacturing fault - this is not because the machine got damaged. this was my first ever Siemens household appliance after buying AEG for years. needless to say, I will not ever buy Siemens product again.

My siemens iq300 washing machine, which I bought from Çorum AHL Park AVM, came to my house with a scratch. Also the speaking style of the service personnel was very rude.

They expect me to welcome my product to come this way. The machine arrived but I have never used it.

No after sales service n Malta

I have two pairs of Siemens intra canal hearing aids, one bought from Brussels Belgium and the other from New York, USA. I am presently living in Malta and the only Siemens agent in Zabbar Malta refused to service my hearing aids as was done in the other countries that I lived before, including Portugal.

The reason that I was given was that the hearing aids are old and need to be replaced by new ones. A few months before these hearing aids were serviced in Portugal by audiologist Antonio Dias in Lisbon ! The audiologist brought up all sort of excuses, such as that he does not have the proper apparatus to adjust volume etc etc. He said that Malta is a humid country and probably my hearing aids are already worn out.

I am utterly disappointed with Siemens after having spent thousands of Dollars for acquiring these hearing aids overseas. Siemens deserve better in Malta.

Due to a problem with a malfunctioning hob, I called the service centre on 22/09 to request a repair. As the recorded message instructed, I made the request online and upon completing the request received a response that request was successful but that as this was a gas hob, I would not be able to make an appointment online and would be contacted shortly to arrange the appointment. Today 8/10 I gave up waiting to receive an appointment and telephoned customer services to ask for an update. I was told that the earliest slot would be 30/10 almost 6 weeks since registering the problem. After complaining that this was unacceptable, I was told that this was my fault as I had followed instructions and registered the request on line and due to covid!! this hadn't been actioned. This is a very poor excuse and totally unacceptable for a company like Siemens and seems to indicate a total loss of customer service and a non-functioning system.

Bad customer service

I bought a siemens 8kg washing machine in 2017,the warrenty on machine is 3 years and the guarantee on the motor is 10 years. The machine went dead, they sent out a service agent to repair. He replaced board. After he left I tested machine it ran for 5 minutes and went dead again. I've been fighting with supplier and service people. The washing machine is still under warranty. I've been sitting without a washing machine or 5 weeks and not very happy customer. I will not recommend a siemens product to anybody. I was told to buy this machine because it was the best on the market in South Africa. I will never buy a siemens product again. Terrible service.

This diswashwasher which does not dry items properly. Water residue remains both on the diswasher door as well as on the glasses (middle drawer) and cutlery (cutlery tray) - only the dishes are dry (bottom drawer) when the door is opened. The Siemens engineer was not supportive in any way - when called out he stated that this is how the dishwasher works - according to pg37 of the manual (which I was defintiely not shown when I purchased the dishwasher) some residue is supposed to remain on the interior sides after a cycle. He even suggested that I empty the dishawasher shortly after it completes each cycle to avoid the problem!!! I have never heard of anyone having to programme into their daily chores also the emptying of their dishwasher!!! However, the 'drying' problem contiunes, it is actually worse now, and everything (including the dishes) retain a disgusting, mouldy smell, even when the door of the dishawsher is opened within 1 hour of the completion of the cycle.

Purchased a fridge freezer many years back.History of faults , drawers and lids broke on regular basis. They replaced several.Not lasted 18 months befote broje again.Customer service agreed to replace again but inly 2 of 3 parts required.Ot is all or none.So wrote to uk CEO just brushed off.So the 2 parts they agreed to replace .Now declined to do so.Neff and Bosch very reliable Siemens are cheap and poorly made.

Appalling service ( in fact complete lack of service) from Siemens

My Siemens dishwasher broke down at the beginning of May. I arranged a visit from an engineer but they insisted that it had to be an all day visit so I had to be home 9am-5pm I explained that I worked full time but could my friend who lived nearby come when they called. Siemens said that would be fine, but forgot to give her number to the engineer so she waited in all day and they cancelled the visit because I wasn’t at home So finally another day was arranged 29th June and again they insisted that I wait in all day, so I took a day off work. I thought that I would telephone Siemens to check that I was on the list for a visit today. An extremely churlish man just kept putting me through to an automated process at the end of which it cut out. I tried this 3 times but could not get through to a human I rang again and eventually mangled to persuade the man on the switchboard to put me through to a human. They told me I was definitely on the days list so hang on So here we are at 5 pm. No engineer! I tried the number again and was told by the service desk( a misnomer if ever I heard one) that the engineer had cancelled our visit without giving a reason NEVER BUY A SIEMENS PRODUCT. I NEVER WILL AGAIN

Unbelievably absent customer service

I ordered a washing machine motor and have not received it despite Siemens having taken payment. The Customer Service department are not taking calls at all. I tried to track via their website but after setting up the account, the form will not work without certain id numbers, not the actual order number and part number. There is no way of contacting them other than through their service provider, BSH, which I duly did. Only to discover that the part had been identified as in stock when it wasn't. It will now apparently take 5 days to get the part from Germany with no way of speeding up the process through DHL or UBS. Oh yeah, and there is no way of cancelling the order until I receive it, so i have to bear the cost of a return. Nice, you a£$eholes

They (Siemens) will fix the hearing aid at no charge. This fix based on my repair/failure rate means that I will be lucky to have a working set of aids for 3 months.I have sent the company an email to which I received a standard reply that they will answer as soon as possible.

A real answer has not been received. Customer service is suspect at best.

2 years ago I purchased a set of aids for $3,200. After about a week I didn’t like them and they were replaced with in the ear hearing aids. I liked them but then the problems started. They have been brought back many, many times for different problems. One of the aids kept falling out and it was sent back for a fix. The fix helped somewhat an a few months ago while in NYC it fell out and was lost. The replacement with a proper fix cost $250.00. Today the other aid quit and they say water fried it from sweat. It has been freezing here and I have been laid up after an operation on my knee. Absolutely no sweat, water of any kind. They are out of warranty and they will find out what the cost will be. They now (different tech) tell me that they won’t sell this type as they fail all the time. I won’t pay hundreds of dollars to replace the aid. It will be a waste of my money and a lesson learned. Don’t buy Siemens aids, they are trash.

Today, just a few days since the repair aid was returned, I went to insert it in my ear and the insertion/ remove tab came off. I called the store and was told to call another store.

I called the other store and was told “I don’t really need it”.

They are all out for your money. Once no more money is there, it’s over.

Don’t buy a Siemens product.

Dishwasher premature death

We live in Bangkok and bought a Siemens SN24E209EU dishwahser. We used it every day for a family of four (two adults, two children), though not for pots and pans (we have a housekeeper). After just three years it stopped working. They came and took it away for three weeks after identifying the problem as the heat pump. A couple of months later it packed up again and they came and took it away again and confirmed that it was the same problem. They've just told us it will take three months to repair. We are fighting this, of course, but this has seriously pissed me off.
